Fire Nettle Fronds are a Vegetable Food exclusive to Don't Starve Together and introduced in Return of Them.

They can be harvested from Fire Nettles. Upon consumption, they cost 3 health, 5 sanity and increase the player's perceived temperature by 60° for 1 minute, making them less susceptible to freezing.

Dried Fire Nettle Frond

Dried Fire Nettle Fronds are made from drying Fire Nettle Fronds on the Drying Rack. They can be used to make Fire Nettle Tea at Pearl's Tea Shop.
