The Perennial Altar is a Structure exclusive to Don't Starve Together that can only be built by Wendy with the Mourning Glory III skill. It works the same as the Meat Effigy, and is one of the many ways of revival. Players can attune to a Perennial Altar or Meat Effigy at the cost of 40 . When the player is dead, as a ghost they can revive at the Perennial Altar or Meat Effigy they attuned.

After resurrection:

• is set to 50
• is set to 2/3 of maximum
• is set to 1/2 of maximum

Multiple Perennial Altars or Meat Effigies can be built, but each player can attune to only one. An attuned Altar's candle will be lit, while others remain unlit.

The Perennial Altar only works within its shard, allowing a player to have one on the Surface and another in the Caves.

Trivia

• Wendy has a special animation for reviving from the Perennial Altar.
