Walter with the "Ammo Smith" skill can craft ammo faster and get 50% more ammo. For all ammo except Ickies, he crafts 30 instead of 20
. For Ickies, he crafts 15 instead of 10.
Poop Pellets deal no damage, but they force mobs, except Bosses, to lose aggro on their target. 20 of them can be crafted for 1 Manure and require a Science Machine to prototype.
Freeze Rounds deal no damage, but they freeze the target equivalent to two hits from an Ice Staff. 20 of them can be crafted for 1 Moon Rock and 1 Blue Gem and require a Prestihatitator to prototype.
“It slows down your target for 30 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.”
-
Slow-Down Rounds deal 17 damage, the same as Pebbles, and reduce the target's movement speed by one-third for 30 seconds. The effect stacks up to three times, reducing speed to approximately 30% of the original. 20 of them can be crafted for 1 Moon Rock and 1 Purple Gem and require a Shadow Manipulator to prototype.
The Slow-Down Rounds' slow effect does not stack with Ickies but it can stack with Stickies.
The shadow tentacles will deal 34 damage every 2 seconds for 9 seconds per tentacle. Assuming a perfectly stationary enemy (most are not) and that every 2nd shot summons a tentacle, and given the Trusty Slingshot's 0.9 second / shot; on average, we can expect:

After 9 or 10 seconds, the tentacles will die off as fast as they are recreated, so average total damage every other second will not exceed 226. In a 10+ second fight with a stationary enemy, Walter could theoretically approach an average damage of 138 per second (on par with the dark sword). In practice, the slingshot's delay before the first shot after moving, or taking a hit, often means Walter has trouble getting shots off.
This example that treats 0.9 seconds of the slingshot as a whole second for the tentacle for simplicity of calculations, so figures are rough.
“It deals damage in a medium area around its target.”
-
The Moonshots do area of effect (AOE) damage. It deals 51 damage to its target and 34 damage in a 2.75 Walls radius area. They require the Lunar Altars to prototype.
“It slows down your target on the ground for 8 seconds.”
-
The Stickies do no damage but slow the target by 60% for 8 seconds. The creature will also leave honey traces, which will also slow down creatures. However, they do not work on flying creatures. The Stickies' slow effect can stack with Slow-Down Rounds and Ickies.
“It has an increasing chance to trigger an explosion, dealing double damage in a large area.”
-
The Kablooies do 59.5 damage, and it has 5% chance to trigger an explosion, dealing double damage in a 3 Walls radius area. Each time the chance fails, the chance increases by 5%. If the chance does trigger, the chance of the chance triggering again will be 5% again. Unlike Gunpowder, Kablooies do not ignite flammable targets.
When using Dread Pebbles against Lunar Aligned creatures, they deal 10% more total damage (Physical + Planar Damage). This applies after the Void set bonus.
Ickies
This content is available only after activating theShadow Rift
“It attaches an Icker blob to your target for 60 seconds, greatly slowing it down.”
-
The Ickies do no damage but slow down the targets by 70% for 60 seconds. Creatures that are near the creature that was hit by the projectile will also slow down. The Ickies's slow effect does not stack with Slow-Down Rounds but it can stack with Stickies.
After craft it will return one Empty Bottle.
“It applies the Swarming Horror debuff to creatures it hits, dealing 10 planar damage periodically. Up to 4 Swarming Horrors can be stacked on each target.”
-
The Pure Horror Rounds deals 17 Physical Damage and 20 Planar Damage on hit, and then does 10 Planar Damage for 7 ticks. Results in 107 damage in total. Shooting multiple Pure Horror Rounds can stack up to 4 ticks per second.
When the player wears Void Cowl and uses Trusty Slingshot with Slingshot Void Wrap, it deals 10% more Physical Damage and 5 more Planar Damage. The tick damage is unchanged but does 2 more ticks (9 ticks in total).
When using Pure Horror Rounds against Lunar Aligned creatures, they deal 10% more total damage (Physical + Planar Damage). Walter must unlock the Shadow Slinger skill to use them, which also grants a 10% damage boost against Lunar Aligned creatures, resulting in a 21% total damage increase. This applies after Void set bonus.
Brightshade Husk Rounds
This content is available only after activating theLunar Rift
“It has a chance to spawn a Brightshade Vine on impact, which deals planar damage to your target.”
-
The Brightshade Husk Rounds deal 38 Physical Damage and 30 Planar Damage and have a chance to spawn a Brightshade Vine on impact, which deals 70 Physical Damage and 15 Planar Damage to the target. The initial chance of Brightshade Vine spawning is 25%. Each time the chance fails, 25% is added to the chance. After the chance is triggered, the chance of vines spawning is either 0% or 25%.
When using Brightshade Husk Rounds against Shadow Aligned creatures, they deal 10% more total damage (Physical + Planar Damage). Walter must unlock the Lunar Slinger skill to use them, which also grants a 10% damage boost against Shadow Aligned creatures, resulting in a 21% total damage increase against Shadow Aligned creatures.
Pure Brilliance Rounds
This content is available only after activating theLunar Rift
“It applies a Pure Brilliance mark to creatures it hits, lasting 30 seconds. This mark can be triggered by planar attacks for an additional 5 planar damage per hit.”
-
The Pure Brilliance Rounds deal 34 Physical Damage and 20 Planar Damage and apply a Pure Brilliance mark to hit creatures for 30 seconds. Planar attacks trigger the mark for an extra 5 Planar Damage per hit, while the Brightshade Staff doubles its damage and deals 20 Planar Damage per hit.
The Marked creatures emit a glow, but it is not strong enough to ward off Charlie's attack.
When using Pure Brilliance Rounds against Shadow Aligned creatures, they deal 10% more total damage (Physical + Planar Damage). Walter must unlock the Lunar Slinger skill to use them, which also grants a 10% damage boost against Shadow Aligned creatures, resulting in a 21% total damage increase against Shadow Aligned creatures.
