The Spirit Vessel is an item exclusive to Don't Starve Together. It can only be crafted by Wendy after unlocking the "Gravestones By Wendy" skill and it requires 1 Ashes and 1 Broken Shell to craft. Wendy can use the Spirit Vessel on the Headstone to store it in the Vessel and relocate it. Spirit Vessel with headstone inside will get new icon and will show a little ghost when is dropped. Once placed in a new location, the Spirit Vessel is consumed.
