User blog:Canadian Don't Starve Player/Escaping
I have been playing don't starve fora long time now, about from one month after it became early testing / pre release to now, and I can't help but notice one thing that doesn't make sence, Escaping with the Teleportato. When you escape with the Teleportato your game ends, you get your XP and you can move to the next world with your current research and items you have on you with the exception of the Eye Bone, and Character-Specific items (E.G. Lucy or Willow's Lighter) which disapear / disintagrate if you chose a different character which is the problem, if you switch Characters how does the new character have the items and know the research? Does the character who escaped go home (E.G. Woody back to Canada or Wilson to his house in the woods.) or do they just go to another world? Lastly where is this place? Does the Maxwell machine and Teleportato rip through demensions leading into the other area, or is this some unidentified area on earth? Anyways, I know that the Dev's don't read this but I would like to hear what the Community thinks! ~CDSP
