The Wraith's Wreath is an item exclusive to Don't Starve Together that can only be crafted by Wendy with the Mourning Glory II skill. When wearing the Wraith's Wreath, it allows Wendy to drink Wendy's Ghostly Elixirs (except Super Elixirs) by hovering the Elixir onto the Wraith's Wreath and right clicking, gaining a weaker or similar effect. If you unequip it, the effect instantly disappears. Ghosts will be neutral to players equipped with a Wraith's Wreath, but they will still follow them. Ghosts will also become neutral if you were attacked by them, but the player put on a Wraith's Wreath and didn't attack back.
