歪斜的小木屋是一座饑荒：哈姆雷特DLC的建築。
這是一個廢棄的房屋生成於豬伯利，可以在豬伯利市政廳以50呼嚕幣的價格購買的房契作為個人的住房解鎖。當玩家拿着城市的鑰匙時，傾斜的棚屋也可以在城市規劃類中通過4塊木板，3個圓石，30呼嚕幣來製作。
解鎖之後，該建築將為玩家所擁有的，一個可以建立基地的地方。並且由於存在光源可以永久地保護玩家不受查理的攻擊。它還可以保護玩家不受雨、霧等惡劣天氣的影響，也使玩家不受各種攻擊（暗影生物除外）。但是它並不能保護玩家免於飢餓的影響，所以仍需要玩家去探索。
可以用通過城鎮之鑰建造更多歪斜的小木屋。這將在放置後立即解鎖。

當玩家解鎖並進入棚屋後，會看到地板上散落着兩塊木炭。
內部默認有:
- 地板：木製地板
- 架子：多層書架
- 牆紙：木製嵌板
- 照明：繩燈
- 牆面裝飾：魚展示架
- 窗戶: ?
可以對內部和外部進行翻修，並用翻新類替換。
提示
- 如果房子着火或被摧毀，附近的豬工匠和玩家都可以用錘子重建。玩家的物品不會丟失。
- 即使房子保護玩家免受大多數環境危害，它也不能保護他們免受花粉症。
- 在房子裏一個輕微的理智恢復光環。如果你完全乾燥的，你可以呆在房子裏並與一個被招募的皇家守衛的理智恢復光環疊加。
漏洞
- Entering another room while an item is on fire will not spawn Ash.
- Entering another room while a Chest catches on fire will delete all items in the Chest, including ones that are unrenewable.
- Placing Ornaments on a wall may destroy Doors, and the player can be trapped in the room if they have no Oincs to craft a door, no Hammer to destroy the Ornaments, or no other door. If the player gets out of the room using other doors and enters the mentioned room without a door, the game will freeze. By using the command c_tryexitblackroom(), the problem can be fixed.
- Dying in a different world (any of the three DLC realms, as well as caves, ruins, and the volcano) and respawning from a Meat Effigy or Magic Flower that was placed inside any Hamlet DLC interior (Slanty Shanty, etc.) will cause the player to be respawned out in the void of the world holding the respawn structure. It is recommended to use the command c_warp("prefab") to teleport the character back into the world, as walking back in can be problematic for world types such as Don't Starve: Shipwrecked.
