I'm seeing a lot of comments about recipes. The (unaffiliated with Klei) Don't Starve Food Guide linked at the bottom of the article gets updated within a day or two of every new patch based on data extracted from the game files, so it's probably the best reference for food and recipe statistics. With a little bit of manual labor, it could be used to update the wiki articles, but it might eventually get updated to support exporting data to wiki markup.
