BTW you can live entirely on monster meat!
Easy recipe Bacon and Eggs!
Feed 2x cooked monster meat to the bird cage collect 2 eggs.
Now add the 2 eggs and 2 monster meat = Bacon and Eggs!!
An easy way to sustain this is have spider nests encircling the outer are from your camp. Then either hunt them with pigs or hunt them at night as its easier since they wonder, Once the nest is T3 kill it collect silk and repeat per nest, 4 will do you for the full game :)
