My chrome updated to a testing build the other day. Durability should be on everyone's games, unless you're not in a testing build. There WILL be durability, (technically there IS), but nothing is set in stone yet (how fast stuff decays, etc.). I would suggest not saying anything about it until if OFFICIALLY comes out, to avoid confusion however.
