Best food item in the game.

If you get a few crops with a caged bird you can feed the bird Dragon fruit to get more dragon fruit seeds. If you have a berrie farm nearby, even better.

I realize there are other items that heal more, but are very difficult to come by, making this the most effective in Work/healing.
