Time flows "differently", which may mean it's not even consistent. Keep in mind that trees cycle through their four life stages over the course of as few as four days, Wilson grows a beard down to his ankles in about sixteen days, smallbirds grow to teenhood in eleven days, and winter is 16 days long while summer is 20 days long. I don't think there's a reliable principle to base the flow of time in that world on.
