Dish evaluation:

This dish isn't really a good opener for players in the caves, since it calls for both electric milk AND kelp. It's often players only grab the essentials for exploring in the caves. while the stats for the dish is nice, players will need to go into a scavenger hunt for 2 uncommon ingredients AND a rare ingredient. It makes me wish we can milk Volt Goats. Besides: by the time players get these ingredients, they already made meaty stew skilling the enemies in their path.
