the math for this item doesn't add up. why would you craft this? it has less uses than the the individual pieces provide.
sure, you can chop/mine a bit faster, but even if you have tons of gold, its not easy to gather up a bunch of the new thulecite, and by the time you do venture down to get it, you probably have very little use for this.
and you'll have to craft it nearly twice as often since it has so few uses. it doesn't make sense... not worth it.
