I think this gives you the ability to spawn rabbits and make you able to make the Star Callers staff along with the Lazy Forager's amulet. So the shadow manipulator will not be the only one able to make magic items. This would be an upgrade to it, BUT you need to still have the shadow manipulator because this would only have "Tier 4" crafting recipes so yeah
