Though this should stay as a drop earlier tiers should be craftable by using the desicated tentacle & dogs teeth & bees stingers to make a slightly more powerful melee weapon between than the spear (which surely should be thrown? (furture update?)).& Tentacle Spike.
Anyway, stingers = tier 1, dogs teeth = tier 2 and Tentacle Spike being possibly the harder to obtain tier 3.
