No confirmation. There may STILL be updates. Klei promised they'd give us at least 6 months of content. Which Ruins is the end of. They never said that there wouldnt be updates afterwards though. Plus, there will be at least one Dont Starve DLC. Keep your head up, we could be seeing some of this.
