I honestly hate it when video games add items like this with a single use. Other than the fact that you get it back when you use up a bundling wrap, its useless.
Why not just make bundling wrap from rope, papyrus, and beeswax, but you just get the papyrus and beeswax back? Sure, it makes less sense, but it's more practical.
