I believe so. Or at least, she's the only character comfirmed to be an orphan.

unless character's parents have died while they were in the constant, Wendy, Webber, and Walter all have at least one parent. I think that william 's mother is mentioned in one of the William Carter puzzles. Warly's mother was alive the last time we saw her... Even Wortox mentions his mother.

Though I don't think that Wilson, Wickerbottom, Wolfgang, and a few others are comfirmed to have living parents.
