When vandalism happens could you not just block the contributers IP from the wiki? Like on the main page have a warning, then when pressing the publish button on a page have a warning, and if it happens just block the outright from the wiki. Tis harsh, but if you do it a few times and show no mercy people are going to learn that they shouldn't and will be banned if they do. If you see vandalism, you may check previous edited 'versions' to make sure it wasn't that user.
