As far as I'm concerned, I wouldn't mind some swearing, specially that which is related to expressing strong emotions.

Name calling others would just fall into rudeness, regardless if it involves swears or not, and any kind of rudeness should not be encouraged I believe.

Therefore, were it to matter, I don't believe that the instance which he used the word was really offensive. Also, considering the target of the game as advertised, and ignoring that the graphics of it make it very very desirable by younger people, a little bit of strong expressions wouldn't be strange.
