They agro the nearest entity to them, but once they agro it/you, they will continue to agro you until you go out of a certain range (unknown), even if other entities are closer. It would be interesting to know if they attack tree ent's, rabbits, butterflies, birds, toads, werepig's and the swamp monster. I know they attack bee's, pigs and buffalo's.
