Well, if you wanted to get a hound as a pet, you're pretty much asking for Wendy with a smallbird that has gone through the magic portal of game development too many times.

Besides, Cheter is not player-specific, not does your character idea have a fault (for example, Wendy does not have Abigail around all the time, nor does she perform quite so well on her own in battle due to her weakened attack).
