Note, too, that at the Admin Dashboard, there's a feature called "enable Europa theme". This should be kept off in order for the portable infoboxes to look most like the non-portable ones on desktop. If Europa is on, then the infoboxes have a kind of tan background, as opposed to the white background you're used to. You may need to refresh whatever page you wer on to see the true design intent of the portable infoboxes.
