Yeah, it's not really for me to comment on whether the Unimplemented/Upcoming boxes should be retained. My mission at every community I work on is to make a portable infobox for every infobox that exists on at least one page in the main namespace (excluding the main page). The unimplemented/upcoming boxes qualified on those grounds, so infoboxes were made. It's entirely up to you guys if you then want to delete them, and then delete the template call wherever they exist in the main namespace.

I'll take a look at the Wall case and get back to you later today.
