As for Wall, the issue here was that File:LimestoneWallStructure.png was natively much more massive than the others. As compared with File:Hay Wall Build.png, for example, the base width of LimestoneWallStructure was 5 times as great.

So I just proportionally shrunk the image down to the size of the others. And now it appears to match the size of the others.

At this point, that manual resize is what I believe to be the fastest solution to this problem, and therefore I've not attempted some bit of CSS magic. I think that the number of similar cases will be low, making manual resizing of the image relatively painless -- and totally foolproof.

So if you do find more of these, look first at the native size of the image as compared with other images in other tabs. If it's significantly bigger than the rest, then you'll know that the best solution is just to bring it down to the size of the other images. And if you need help doing the actual resize, don't hesitate to call me!

What does "native size" mean? The largest possible size you have on the File page. So if you go to File:HayWallStructure.png you'll see it says "no higher resolution available", so you know that 92 X 182 is the "native size".
