First off, thank you for helping out against him. If it's not too much trouble, I'd like additional help.

One of our editors suggests the attacks are carried out via the Tor network, so I'm wondering, have you found any evidence of this being the case? And if so, is it possible to add the TorBlock extention to the site?

If not, is there a way to trace the IP address to the vandal's location and block that location? If there's also a way to see past VPNs, that will make things much easier, otherwise it might be necessary to require the use of no VPN. Wikipedia already has this rule enforced, too.
