Mushroom Sporeは Don't Starve Togetherにのみ存在するアイテムです。赤・緑・青の3色があり、発生元の 傘の開いたMushtreeおよび Funcapによって色が決まります。Sporeは放っておくと 周辺をふらふらと弱い光を放ちながら飛び回り、50秒後に消滅します。Sporeは Bug Net で捕まえることができ、Glowcapの中に入れることで 様々な色に光らせることができます。インベントリ内に入れている間は、Sporeの腐る速度は遅くなります。

また Mushroom Planterに植えてキノコを栽培することもできます。
