Funcap（ファンキャップ）は、Don't Starve Togetherでのみ制作可能な頭装備のアイテムで、「A New Reign」アップデートで導入されました。材料はキノコ6つで、色に合わせて3種類のカラーバリエーションがあります。トードストゥールを倒すか、クラウスの盗人の袋から確率で出現するものから入手できる特別な設計図で作り方を習得することによってのみ制作が可能になります。
夏に装備することで熱中症までの時間を遅らせる防暑アイテムとして機能します（防暑度60）。また、装備中は満腹度の減少速度が25％遅くなり、濡れ度の上昇速度を20％遅くすることができます。帽子からは60～61秒ごとにキノコの胞子が発生し、虫取り網で集めることができます。耐久値はハムバット、花冠、角氷のように時間制限内（6日間）で使い放題のタイプとなっています。
装備中はプレイヤーのインベントリ内のアイテムおよび現在装備しているアイテムの腐敗速度が1.5倍になります。（この効果は装備しているファンキャップ自身にも適用されるため、最初から最後まで帽子を着用している場合は消費期限は実質4日間となる）ただしバックパックに入れているアイテムは影響を受けません。

- ファンキャップはA New Reignの「Warts and All」アップデートにて追加されました。
- ファンキャップ実装前、緑のファンキャップらしき画像がゲームファイル上に存在していました。
