Snakeskin Jacket（ヘビ皮ジャケット）はダウンロードコンテンツ「Don't Starve: Shipwrecked」に登場する衣装アイテムです。Reign of Giantsにおけるレインコートと使い方は同じです。初回の作成にはサイエンスマシンが必要です。材料はヘビ皮2つ、蔓2つ、骨の破片2つです。ソーイングキット一回につき耐久値が62.5％回復します。
雨の間に装備すると濡れ度の上昇を70％抑えることができます。加えて感電に耐性があり、落雷やクラゲからのダメージが一切無くなります。また、冬に装備することで凍結までの時間を遅らせる防寒アイテムとして機能します（防寒度60、効果はウサギの耳当てと同じ）。
Hamlet
Hamletにもヘビ皮ジャケットが実装されていますが、こちらでは材料のヘビ皮の入手源がクサリヘビとなっており、グラフィックもクサリヘビ由来の見た目になっています。このDLCにおいてはサンダーバードの落雷を受けないようにする方法として非常に有用です。
トリビア
- アイテムの機能やキャラクターのセリフから、ヘビ皮ジャケットは現実のレザージャケットと同じ扱いのようです。（オシャレで、多少の防寒効果と防水効果をもつ）
- 正面だとキャラクターの腕が隠れて見えますが、横からだと腕がジャケットの上にあるように見えるため、ヘビ皮ジャケットはノースリーブであることがわかります。
