Spear（槍）は戦闘タブから作成可能な近接武器です。材料はフリント1個、ロープ1個、枝2個で、初回の作成にはサイエンスマシンが必要です。箱状の物体がある場所には確定で槍が落ちています。
攻撃力は34ダメージとゲーム中では2番目に威力の弱い武器です。1回攻撃するごとに耐久値が0.66%ずつ減少していきます。（つまり150回使用可能ということ）

トリビア
- 槍は2012年10月2日のアップデートにて追加されました。
- リサーチポイントシステムが導入されていた開発初期では、槍を作成するためには100ポイントのリサーチポイントが必要でした。また、槍自体にも残り耐久値に応じて1～10のリサーチポイントが付与されていました。
- 没データの中に「spearjab」というファイル名の槍専用の攻撃モーションデータが存在していました。
