Pierrot Fish(ピエロ・フィッシュ)はShipwreckedに導入された魚介類の食料アイテムです。生け簀に魚の卵を使うことで手に入ります。調理鍋の材料にでき、トロピカル・ブイヤベースの必須材料の一つです。それ以外では0.5ポイントの肉と1ポイントの魚としてカウントされます。ピエロ・フィッシュは乾燥棚を使用して干すことはできません。
食べると30秒間プレイヤーの移動速度が1ポイント分（基本速度の16%分）上昇し、濡れ度の減少速度が一気に速まります。移動速度上昇効果はパープル・グルーパーをはじめとした他のアイテムの上昇効果と重ね掛けできます。（ただし、トロピカル・ブイヤベースとの重ね掛けはできない）

トリビア
- ピエロ・フィッシュはShipwreckedが正式実装されて一年以上経った後に行われた「Home Sea Home」アップデートにて追加されました。（このアップデートもはじめはベータ版として数か月テストしてから本実装されました）
- ピエロ・フィッシュは実際に存在する魚「Parrotfish（ブダイ）」が元ネタです。
