深海鱸魚（Deep Bass）是一種中海常見的魚，偶而也會在深海出現。除了隨機生成的深海鱸魚群，牠也有一些在地圖上固定位置的魚群，這些固定的魚群在玩家接近時，或是玩家釣起牠們時，可以生成邪天翁。這些魚群也是唯一有地圖標記的魚群。

深海鱸魚會吃掉浮在水上的肉類。牠們在掙脫釣勾的時候會游向釣魚者，試圖讓釣線鬆弛，因此在船張開一張帆的時候和牠們奮戰會很有趣。
