金币是海难DLC中的一种物品，可以通过它来获得金块。金币可以通过用鱼类跟海盗章鱼交换获得。当海盗鹦鹉从地面飞起时同样有机率留下金币；藏宝地的箱子里也可能含有金币。在各个季节使用拖网都有机会获得金币，但在温和季节与季风季节需要进入深海区域打捞。海盗背包在装备时会定期掉落金币。
用途
投入金币，有几率产生各种各样的东西。 另外，金币可以被提炼成金块，或者用于合成木腿船长角色的特殊物品。
