Gnarwail Horn（ナーウェイルの角）はDon't Starve Togetherにおける「Return of Them」アップデートにて追加されたアイテムです。ナーウェイルを倒す、もしくは角で船に穴を開けてきた時に角を攻撃して折ることで入手できます。他にも、海底の宝箱から10%の確率で入手できます。
海上で使用すると波を2つ発生させることができます。また、Strident Tridentを作成する材料としても使用されます。
