The following Skins concepts were revealed during several of Klei Entertainment's weekly Rhymes with Play Twitch broadcast in 2015 and 2016. However, these skins have not been implemented into Don't Starve Together yet.

Gifts

Briefly during DST Early Access, there were actually references to Loyal rarity and Distinguished rarity versions of backpacks in the game files. The loyal versions were most likely, at one point, going to be the reward for owning the Reign of Giants DLC (instead of the Mini Monument skin that we eventually got). It's probably why there were 4 separate backgrounds (one for each giant) in the game files for a long time, of which one was randomly chosen for the popup window when earning the Mini Monument skin. However, 3 of the backgrounds were removed in 2019, leaving only the Bearger background in the game today when earning the Mini Monument skin.
