虎鯊巢穴（Sharkitten Den）是在船難DLC中的自然生成建築類，會在雨季生成虎鯊寶寶。它無法被摧毀，並且在其他季節時看起來就只是個巨大的沙堆。

如果虎鯊寶寶在巢穴附近被攻擊，牠會退回到巢穴中。在傍晚時虎鯊寶寶也會回到巢穴中。此外，如果虎鯊巢穴附近有虎鯊，牠會從天而降以保護虎鯊寶寶。虎鯊會對所有靠虎鯊巢穴太近的東西持有敵意。
