The Royal Gallery Key is an item exclusive to the Hamlet DLC.
It is given to players from the Pig Queen in exchange for the Regal Scepter, Royal Crown, The Blue Sow or The Jeweled Truffle. It is used to unlock one of the items in the Royal Gallery.
