世界地圖

地图在游戏世界里负责导航玩家。所有资源如植物 、海洋 还有蜂巢等都会在地图上显示图示。不同的地域(一般称为生态环境)以及海洋、水也会在地图上被清楚描绘。地图会显示道路还有小径，同时也会显示木制传送台和麦斯威尔之门，建造或制造出的东西，例如背包或农田等也会显示在地图上。玩家可以放大地图来检视细节，也可以缩小地图来观看世界全域。按下 TAB 可以开启地图，再次按下则会关闭地图。PS4 版则是使用触控面板来开启地图。

探索

当游戏世界初次生成时，地图除了玩家角色站的位置周边外一律漆黑。当世界被探索时地图便会被逐渐补完。一般来说除了超出边界的角落之外，萤幕上所看到的都会被填入地图里。 为了确保添加某些内容，请远离至少半屏幕。
