海上实验室（Sea Lab）是一座出现于船难 DLC的建筑，玩家可以对它进行建造。建造它，需要4块石灰石，两堆沙子和2个电子元件作为材料，并使用科学仪器进行原型制作。

它的工作原理类似于炼金引擎，玩家可以掌握科学合成等级为2的物品制作技术（详情请见合成页面），与炼金引擎不同的是，海上仪器只能放置于海洋上。
