The Shell Clusters are naturally spawning objects exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in Return of Them. They are present around the Hermit Island in the form of an Underwater Salvageable.
Shell Clusters are heavy objects that cannot be put in the inventory and go directly into the chest slot if picked up. They can be mined to obtain 1 Shell Bell of each size of plus a 50% chance to get one extra of each type.
