花瓣（Petals）是由摘取[[File:Flower.png|24px|link=花]][[花]]所得到的蔬菜類食物。將花瓣吃下去時可以回復 1 。跟其他蔬菜一樣，花瓣也可以餵給豬人來換取糞便。但是任何種類的花瓣都無法在烹飪鍋中使用。

通過作祟，花瓣可以轉換為深色花瓣。

在巨人國與饑荒聯機版中，打開[[File:Tumbleweed.png|24px|link=風滾草]][[風滾草]]也有機會得到花瓣、深色花瓣以及蕨葉。
