Ornate Chest（豪華な宝箱）は、遺跡にある迷路バイオームで見つけられる建造物です。豪華な宝箱は通常周りがDangling Depth Dwellerの巣になっています。

宝箱を開けるとランダムに様々な罠が発動します。例えば、Dangling Depth Dwellerやテラ―ビークが出現したり、体力や満腹度や正気度が回復したり減少したり、インベントリ内のアイテムの耐久値が変化したりなどの影響が起きます。キャラクターはしばしば「It's a trap!（罠だ！）」と発言するでしょう。

豪華な宝箱は破壊してもなにもドロップしません。

Large Ornate Chest（大型の豪華な宝箱）は古代の守護者を倒すと出現します。この宝箱からは、前述した小さい宝箱よりも豪華でたくさんの報酬が手に入ります。中には3~6つのランダムなアイテムが入っています。Don't Starve Togetherでは、必ず古代の鍵が中に入っています。

大型の豪華な宝箱の中に入っているアイテム耐久値は必ず100%です。
