Unstable Transmission is an item that can be only be acquired by Winona with the "Founder's Keepers II" skill. It drops from Advanced Cacheboxes after fixing or opening them. Advanced Cacheboxes can be found by using Inspectacles. Winona can give this item to other players. Winona with the "Founder's Keepers II" skill can use Calibrated Perceiver to scan Unstable Transmission. If Unstable Transmission looks like a station, the player will get the Teletransport Station crafting recipe. If Unstable Transmission looks like an umbrella, the player will get the Portasol crafting recipe.
