The Unstable Transmission is an item that can be only be acquired by Winona with the Founder's Keepers II skill. When equipping Inspectacles, Winona can find Unstable Transmissions from Advanced Cacheboxes. The Unstable Transmissions can only be stored in Winona's inventory and cannot be put inside any storage container. When left on the ground, it will disappear after a few seconds.
The only purpose of Unstable Transmissions is to be scanned by Calibrated Perceiver to unlock 2 Winona exclusive items. If the Unstable Transmission looks like a station, the player will get the Teletransport Station crafting recipe. If the Unstable Transmission looks like an umbrella, the player will get the Portasol crafting recipe.
After unlocking both items, Winona will not acquire more Unstable Transmissions from Advanced Cacheboxes.
