A Down Feather is an Item from the Reign of Giants DLC. It is dropped by both the Moose/Goose and her Moslings. Its only purpose is to craft a Luxury Fan or a Weather Pain.

Down Feathers are also included in the Hamlet DLC, however, they can only be bought for 10 Oincs each at 'The Sty' Oddities Emporium in the Pig City.
