A Down Feather is an Item from the Reign of Giants DLC. It is dropped by both the Moose/Goose and her Moslings. It's main purpose is to craft a Luxury Fan or a Weather Pain.
A Down Feather are also used to craft a Down Quill Float and are an ingredient for Wickerbottom's Practical Rain Rituals book.
