Shark Gills are an Item in the Shipwrecked DLC. It is obtained by killing the Tiger Shark or its Sharkittens. It can be used to craft the Dumbrella and the Sea Sack.
Shark Gills also make an excellent sacrifice at the Volcano Altar of Snackrifice, delaying the Volcano's eruption by two full days.
