Thick Fur is an Item from the Reign of Giants DLC. It is dropped by the Bearger. Its only purpose is to be used to craft the Hibearnation Vest and the Insulated Pack.

Thick Fur is also included in the Hamlet DLC, however, the Bearger is not present. Instead, Thick Fur can be bought for 40 Oincs at 'The Sty' Oddities Emporium in the Pig City.
