Ghostly Elixirs are 9 character-exclusive Items craftable by Wendy in the Survivor Items Filter, exclusive to Don't Starve Together. Each of them can be used to temporarily improve Abigail's abilities. The effects stop when Abigail is destroyed. Ghostly Elixirs can be applied via an Abigail's Flower when Abigail is unsummoned. An icon on the border of Abigail's health badge indicates when the buff is active. Abigail can only have one effect active at a time. Each subsequent Ghostly Elixir erases the effect of the previous one.

Strong Brew

If an elixir is used by Wendy with the "Strong Brew" skill, it will have doubled effect duration (does not work with Spectral Cure-All).

Extra Yield

Wendy with the "Extra Yield" skill has a 40% chance to craft double and 10% chance to craft triple of the same Elixirs from the same ingredients for free.

The Revenant Restorative triples Abigail's health regeneration rate (from 1 to 3 per second) for 1 day, for a total of 960 health. It requires 1 Spider Gland and 1 Mourning Glory to craft.

The Vigor Mortis increases Abigail's movement speed by 75% (8.75 in Player Speed) for 1 day. It requires 1 Honey and 1 Mourning Glory to craft. Ghost players can haunt this to receive the same buff for 3 seconds.

Ghastly Experience

The Ghastly Experience Elixir immediately upgrades Abigail to her third level, setting her maximum to 600. If you used Ghastly Experience when Abigail has 100% of her max HP (150 for 1st level or 300 for 2nd level), she will get third level with all 600 hp.

Super Elixir

Super Elixirs can work in parallel with a regular elixir. However, they cannot be drunk by a player with Wraith's Wreath. The "Strong Brew" skill also increases their duration.

Luminous Wrath

“You'll leave them reeling, Abby.”

Luminous Wrath is a Super Elixir that works for 2 minutes and gives Abigail +10 Planar Damage. For Gestalt Abigail, it will give +100 Planar Damage. It can be crafted only by Wendy with the "Lunar Sisterhood II" skill.

Cursed Vexation

“Abby will make a big impression.”

Cursed Vexation is a Super Elixir that works for 2 mins and makes everyone who attacks an enemy affected by vex deal +10 Planar Damage. It can be crafted only by Wendy with the "Shadow Sisterhood II" skill.

Trivia

• Ghostly Elixirs were introduced in the Wendy Character Update as part of the character overhaul for Don't Starve Together.
• Vigor Mortis is a word play on the phenomenon known as Rigor Mortis, which causes the body to stiffen up once something dies.
