The Demolition Permit is a craftable Item exclusive to the Hamlet DLC. It is found in the Renovate Tab and requires 10 Oincs to obtain. It can also be bought at the Swinesbury City Hall for 10 Oincs.

By using the Demolition Permit on a Door that connects to another room in the Slanty Shanty, one is able to demolish this adjacent room. Demolishing a room returns all Items that were dropped on the ground within it as well as half of the Crafting resources of all Structures and Furniture that were built within it, as if they had been Hammered. Any living mobs who can't be held in inventory within the room will be killed and drop their loot. The Demolition Permit is consumed in the process. The door remains, but is now locked and can only be made usable again with another House Expansion Permit.

It is not possible to demolish the room that contains the entry and exit of the Slanty Shanty.

Placeholder.png Trivia

  • The Demolition Permit can also be crafted using 1 Tenpiece Oincs or 1 Centapiece Oinc. If using Centapiece Oinc, one will be returned 9 Tenpiece Oincs.
